A beta, by invitation
Nusa is in an invite only beta. We choose who joins, and we can end your access at any time.
Beta software can change, pause or stop without notice. We make no promise about uptime, support or how long the beta runs. Do not rely on it for production work.
Do not buy hardware because you expect it to earn a certain amount on Nusa. Estimates on our site use demo figures.
Your account
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract where you live. You may not use our services if you are subject to sanctions that forbid it.
One person per account. Keep your details accurate and your login private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
How Nusa works
Nusa connects people who own machines (hosts) with people who want to run work on them (renters). We run the software, the matching and the credit ledger.
Hosts own and operate their machines. Hosts are independent and are not our employees, agents or partners.
When the idle option is on, a host's machine may also serve AI inference for partner platforms through Nusa.
If you host a machine
When you list a machine on Nusa, you agree to the following.
Monitoring and benchmarks
The Nusa app reads information about your machine, such as GPU memory, CPU, memory, disk and network use, to match work, check that the machine is real, and account for credit. The full list is in our Privacy Policy.
The app runs benchmarks that put load on your GPU and raise power use and heat. Your machine's score, specifications and uptime may appear on its listing and inform the Nami index.
If you rent a machine
You are responsible for your own code, data and models, and for holding the rights and licenses to use them.
You may not use Nusa to do any of the following.
Platform credit
During the beta, hosts earn platform credit, not money. Credit has no cash value. It cannot be withdrawn, sold or transferred, and it earns no interest. It is not a bank account or stored value.
We may correct credit balances for errors, fraud or reversed payments.
Credit does or does not expire, and when the beta ends it will carry over, convert, or end.
If we open cash payouts later, they will come with their own terms and may require tax forms.
Fake machines and fraud
We remove machines and reverse credit when we find spoofed hardware, virtual machines posing as physical ones, faked benchmarks, hidden identity or location, several accounts used to farm credit, or a failed verification check. We may also close the account.
Data on host machines
Renter work runs in isolation method, for example a container or virtual machine on the host's machine. A host has physical access to their own hardware, so no isolation is perfect. Renters should not send data they cannot risk on a machine they do not control.
Hosts are not responsible for renter content they cannot see, as long as they follow the host rules above.
Nissology KVM
Nissology KVM lets an AI agent you choose see a machine's screen and use its keyboard and mouse.
You may only connect it to machines and accounts you own or have permission to control. You are responsible for what the agent does on that machine.
Hardware warranty, returns and safety terms will be published before the device ships confirm.
The Nami index
Nami is in development and shows demo data. It is for information only. It is not an offer, a price quote or financial advice, and it may be wrong or late.
What belongs to whom
We own our software, site and brand. You keep ownership of the content and work you bring. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.
Suspension and ending
We may suspend or end your access right away if you break these Terms, create a security risk, or if the law requires it. Otherwise we will give you notice.
You can stop using our services at any time. When an account closes, its listings are removed and its credit is forfeited or handled another way.
No warranty
Our services are provided as is and as available. We do not promise they will be secure, error free or always on, or that any machine will earn credit.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is capped at the greater of 100 US dollars or the fees you paid us in the last six months.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Your responsibility to us
Renters cover us and hosts for claims that come from their work. Hosts cover us for claims that come from breaking the host rules.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of jurisdiction. Before any formal claim, contact us so we can try to solve it together. Disputes go to the courts or arbitration body.
Changes
We will update this page when these Terms change and tell you by email or in the app before a material change takes effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.
