When you rent, we record what you rent, when, and for how long, along with your credit and billing records.

From host machines, we collect the hardware model, GPU model and memory, CPU, memory, disk and network use, operating system and app version, uptime, benchmark results, and a regular heartbeat every interval.

For Nissology KVM, whether screen frames or input events leave the device, where they go, and whether they are stored.

On this website, we collect basic device and browser information and the pages you visit.

The Nusa app does not read your personal files, browsing, the contents of your screen, your keystrokes, or data from other programs to be confirmed.

A host's listing shows the machine's specifications, benchmark score, uptime and approximate region confirm what the listing shows. It does not show the host's name or exact location.

We process data to perform our contract with you, for our legitimate interests in security, fraud prevention and machine monitoring, and with your consent for optional cookies.

Account data for as long as the account is open, credit records for period, machine telemetry and benchmark history for period, support messages for period, and KVM data for period. After that we delete or anonymize it.

Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct, delete or export your data, or object to how we use it. Residents of the EEA, the UK, California and the company's home country have rights under their local law.
